GetHuman-47150：tried to order sanding belts for a tool sold in store but no stores carry the belt ?? tried to order.was told to call several * and find the sku * for THEM.. rep acted like I was interfereing with her (marie) day.I have been a cust. for over **yrs,, seems to happen more and more. store employees dont have a clue about what they are selling and customer noservice doesnt want to be bothered. maybe i need to start buying elsewhere !!! not the first time this has happened
