~mcdonaldscot:When Matthew & I discussed the problem, he was quick to research the information. I had been told my account was delinquent. I advised Matther that I had never received my welcomde Packet* no Handyman magazine or any member gift. He advised me that he has sent our a bucket organizer and was attempting to send the back issue of the Handyman magazine. I did make a one year membership dues payment, but I will be expecting to receive the Welcome Packet, and gift within ** days otherwise I would cancel my membership and file a complaint with the our Oregon Attorney General as well as I will send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
