~ronbea：the worst customer service that i have ever seen anywhere. One month for a tv repair and am still waiting. They come out with a circuit board to try and see if this is the problem, it was not, so they take it back and am still awaiting my repair. I will never buy another product from that manufacturer. I considering legal action for my time and agravation in getting this thing resolved
