~anonnyc:Called this * for hours but there was no way to get to a real person until "they call you" feature finally worked and recieved a call from them. Once getting to human, their CS reps were quite nice. But in the mean time, I also called my NYC E **th St branch and a woman named Shanell, who claimed "calls this * everyday, which works!" condescendingly gave me erroneous info to follow the prompt and choose option * - there was no such option, and I was stuck in the infinite loop where there was either * checking or * saving. Pathetic employee and incompetent system.
