GetHuman-430904：I have been a loyal customer BUT, I was told I had a virus on my HP ENVY Touchsmart m* Sleekbook and on hold for over an hour. I just wanted my laptop to be free of the virus. After spending another * hours watching a technician fix my computer he said it was not a virus but that my Laptop was overheating, saying that I did not have a virus. After getting it checked out by another person (not affiliated with NP Company)they found numerous viruses on my laptop. I am not very happy with my service.
