He was so helpful on the phone and provided me with the right information. I subsequently went to the store where he is located at Eglinton and Victoria Park. I would like to let you know that he was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I was able to purchase the merchandise and based on my experience would like to inform you that The Bay is lucky to have such a valuable employee in Jonathan. I believe that he is an asset in your organization. As a faithful Bay customer, I greatly appreciate his assistance.
