After me calling them every day, I was able to get my phone to work email and text o. *-***-**. The tech that configured my phone and I discussed not getting the service that I paid for. He suggested calling customer service and discussing a refund or adding time to my phone. After* attempts and about * hours of waiting, there is no supervisor or floor manager at the call centers. I talked to Eric in New Jersey, Stephanie in Texas and a woman that would not identify herself in Atlanta. The final result is that they have my money and I am stuck with not getting what I paid for. Everybody I talk to has a foreign accent and are very hard to communicate with. I think this is intensional to steal your money. My H** phone number is ***-***-****. My email is *****@***.com.
