~Nicole：The phone goes straight to a customer service rep if they do not answer at the offices. The rep answered and was no help AT ALL. All I wanted to know was addresses to file my tax return and she did not know anything or gave me any information to where I could find it* I had to "talk with a tax professional". A tax professional was not available and she told me to give a call back later and they MIGHT pickup later if not too busy. I understand being busy but that's why you get a customer service rep to be there and be ready to answer my questions at any given time when one is not available to me!
