~HulkMom：My husband and I had our taxes prepared at H&R Block in Alexandria, VA Landmark Mall. We requested to Rapid Refund RAL. Well to make a long story short, We have been waiting for our check and today I found that the check was sent to the wrong office, then after it was forwarded to our office. They lost the check, I asked the why the couldn't void the original check and was told that the person did not know how to print a check. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told that it could take up to * days to get a call back. Meanwhile, I am waiting for the manager to call me back regarding this major screwup. Needless to say we will NEVER use H&R Block again. And hopefully we will get our money soon.
