I met with micheal and he seemed to be new but on the H&R block web site it said he has * years of experience. He just read of all the questions from the screen and when ever I asked a question he had to look it up because he did not know the answeres. When it was all said in done the cost was $***.**. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I wish I had just done gone the Turbotax way. I will never go to H&R Block again.
