I called and after ** minutes on hold, was told since I needed to access important information I would be transferred to a different department. Which is completely understandable. I was put on hold for an additional ** minutes until I finally had enough. Keeping my phone on speaker, I drove to the nearest office and got the information I needed to begin with. My total hold time was * hour ** minutes. And I finally hung up with no help from customer support.
