~Kathy：I am outraged that it only took less than an hour to prepare my **** taxes (where I had to pay both Federal and State) and I was charged over $*** for this!!!! Last year I had a tax accountant do my taxes which were much more complicated than this year and I was charged $**. This is highway robbery!!!!! And the signage you have up trying to explain the cost of the preparation is worthless. I would appreciate a refund of some of my money and I fully intend on going to the Better Business Bureau with my complaint.
