GetHuman-eileensc：I used H&R Block faithfully for years with no problems, but this year was very different. I went to the Clearwater*Boot Ranch office as I had for the last few years, and they were AWFUL and DISHONEST! I urge people NOT to go there. My preparer was snippy and fees were much higher this year, so I went to the manager and complained - in a nice way I might add. She promised to make things right and completed my taxes. She then requested a give her a *-star rating as this is what her supervisor likes. Then she promised to send me an Emerald Card with around $** or so to make things right. I gave her the rating she asked for, and SHE NEVER SENT THE CARD! She lied to me! Please, do NOT have your taxes done by H& R block. Very dishonest!
