We explained we are * hours away and elderly living alone must have electricity . We had to talk to two supervisors before we could his moms bill so it could be turned on. It took more than * hours to get her electricity. After doing impersonal computer generated responses and talking to three ineffective customer service reps- we finally talked with the last one that sais " I'm sorry you are going through this" I'll keep you in my prayers" . We about cried. She was the only person that was kind and genuinely concerned.
