To my surprise she already owned the same dress of Guess and hence we went to request them for a refund or exchange the very next day. To our surprise, we got a rude behaviour and no refund and no exchange. Me and my wife used to love guess but due to the ill behaviour, we refuse to buy your product further**Its terrible to have come across such a bad experience from a trusted brand.
