I have been told that the analyst should contact me to resolve the issue. However, nobody contacted me. IT IS EMBARRASSING!!! I am leaving to my vocation in few days, but got in trouble because of your mistake. I tray to contact to the customer service again but unsuccessful. I anticipate that the famous company like Groupon will solve my problem as soon as possible.
