~Athanasios:This is the first time groupon let me down. I took a vacation day to have techs come to my house to clean my air vents. Guess what! They are a bunch of cowboys! They wanted to charge me $** extra on top of what I paid for the groupon coupon and $** per foot for a return vent. I told them that was totally unacceptable and I wanted them to do the work as agreed to in the groupon coupon--- They REFUSED to do the work as per the coupon. I called Groupon customer service which promply refunded my money but when I said what are you doing about the fact I wasted a vacation day? The rep stated she could give me a $* coupon. I wanted to tell her what to do with that coupon but kept my composure.
