No one to speak with and I really am beginning to wonder if this is not just one big rip off. If I cannot get a recorded cutesy but annoying phone message and no real live person to speak with I am cancelling all my orders that still seem tobe stuck in the cue. For whatever reason I have no idea due to no one at the phone.
