GetHuman-256759：I doubt I will use groupon again. Unable to redeem voucher because code does not work. Called twice and got two different answers if what to do. Obviously, the agents are not trained properly. Now I have to wait for someone else to call back within * or * days. Horrible customer service! This is not the first time I have had issues redeeming vouchers. Very frustrating!
