~eloisadt:I bought a voucher for **.** with Groupon for a Cut, head massage and conditioner with Touch Hair Salon in Cardiff Bay, Wales. I booked an appointment, they asked me for all the details over the phone. I paid the carpark (* pounds). I got there ** min before the appointment. They told me the voucher was wrong, the said: "contact Groupon, we can't do anything, we continuous with the list. If you want the service it would be other day"*Very bad service, I called customer support and at the end when we checked the number I had it matched with Groupon details, but I preferred to cancelled the voucher. I made time to go there, paid * pounds for parking and NO SERVICE!*VEry disappointing with this, not sure if I will try again with Groupon. Obviously not with the Salon, awful service.
