~non u：Frankly I like doing business with Groupon over Amazon.I don't buy often but when do I normally have a memorable experience.If I have questions I prefer to speak to a human over using e-mail or chat lines.Based on conversations I have had in the past over the phone with a human rep I am very satisfied.At least so far.From time to time you get someone who probably is just there for the ride but most of them I have spoken to are legitimately concerned about good customer relations.At this point I see no reason why I shouldn't continue doing business with them.I'm not one to let one bad apple spoil the rest.
