The rep refunded my groupon into a credit which was fine because ultimately I wanted to get out of a groupon for a teeth whitening place that looked like a rip off and very shady (all * star reviews on yelp) so I found a better place and now I can go there. Always check yelp before buying a groupon! Also... groupon seems kind of shady themselves. Be wary before purchasing a groupon you only have * days for a refund.
