~Yvette:The website allowed me to book my dad's ticket leaving PA to NM with him leaving from a location where there wasn't a station! Long story short --He had to get a ride to Pittsburgh (an hr away) after multiple phone calls and canceling the original ticket which was invalid (*-** days for a refund) and I had to purchase a NEW ticket! OH! and I was suppose to be happy that they were even issusing a refund since it was a non-refundable ticket. I said non-refundable from a non-existant station?!
