Just brings me back to why I switched to amtrak over **years ago! It's extremely frustrating and all I would like to know is why. I'd you provide an *** number for your customers to reach you, then I should be able to reach you. Why waste my time and just further aggravate me. Take that ** dollars and hire more phone representatives, right?
