~McLovin71:My Green Dot card was "compromised". Being a "VIP" member (paying an extra $*.** each month), I was told that new cards would be sent to me via FED EX. I called back today and was told that my cards were sent regular mail instead of the FED EX that was noted on my account. I was told by a "supervisor" that Green Dot can no longer send FED EX to anyone that lives in Florida. I called FED EX and they stated that was not true at all. I don't appreciate being lied too and I don't appreciate MY money being held hostige until I receive my new cards...in * to ** business days! I tried to call their corporate office and still have not received a call back. As soon as I get my cards, I will be cancelling the account!
