I asked for a supervisor and the rep stated that there wasn't one available. I think they are a rip off!! I emailed and faxed in a copy of my receipt, front and back copy of money pak. I lost $***.** on a money pak that had no money on it!! I did EVERYTHING Green Dot asked me to and still no response!!
