~Anon:Three weeks ago, Google sent me a Nexus *, brill! On arrival the handset was dead. I rang up tech support - went though the reboot etc. Tech support very useful - told me it was dead and they would process a new device to be sent out, this could take up to ** hours, Fine. They email me a link where i have to re-input my card details, and they take authorization payment. Done. I'm still waiting for my phone. They delivered the first one fine, the second one, apparently just can't be delivered due to my address. I've just spent half an hour on the phone to them, where they said, they'll cancel that one and then i have to go through the same process again card authorization etc, this will take another ** hours, then delivery. SO i will have been waiting a MONTH for my phone to arrive. **I am writing on here, because when i asked for a complaints*feedback email or phone number i was told they don't have one. Funny that.
