~DerbyQueen：Google really doesn't care about customer service, have tried for MONTHS to get them to correct my name & then doesn't do it. Also google search & play store doesn't work past couple weeks & response I get says to log into my gmail account but no login screen comes up, then they keep chsnging my login passwords...my main email address is through AOL...I never even use gmail! KRAZY! GOOGLE PLZ FIX UR ISSUES OR HAVE "CHARLES" OR "CHAR" PAY MY CELLULAR BILLS. I GIVE GOOGLE AN -* RATING which is worse than horrible. Google has gotten too big for their britches & need to focus on Customer Service instead of further stuffing their vaults with billions of dollars which customers like me gave you too much cash to get Google where it stsnds now, smh...their lack of service & greediness puts them right up with AT&T which is so money focused & anti American. Grrrr....
