~saltycaptain1:i loved this experience. i kept emailing google and they kept emailing me back with same information. i found the number on this website and called. got back money on * apps i paid for. this guy took the extra time to help me even though he told me it was not his dept but he eventually figured out what it was about and put in a ticket so if i don't get my refund in ** days, to call back with the ticket number in the email. he was also curteous. so even though he put me on hold several times, the problem has been fixed for now.
