My phone battery actually died while I was waiting to speak to a customer service representative. **I must say that I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the Google Play customer service. I recently switched from the iPhone to the Galaxy S* and am appalled at the difficulty of trying to make a purchase through Google Play. We have two phone accounts that we have tried to set up. This has been the most difficult process EVER! I have entered my credit card numbers and I can't believe that I have had to email customer support multiple times to get verified. You act as though I am applying for a loan and asking you for money. I am trying to make a purchase with MY credit card and you won't allow me to do so. I NEVER had this kind of a problem with iTunes! This issue has me seriously thinking about paying the full retail price to go back to the iPhone.
