~deb:The service was excellent but I agree with others who say business practices are questionable at best. They sent me a bill after I canceled my subscription on-line as well as never asking for auto renewal. If I my credit card * hadn't changed I wonder if they would have just charged my card without notifying me. They were very quick to dismiss the charges when I called.
