Inside the product had both broken and missing parts. I contacted them and they refused to send me another until I returned the first one. Understandable??? I returned the first tent and they sent me a new one after agreeing the product was defective. The event that I ordered the tent for had already passed. I did not get a chance to use the new tent again until the following June. * year to the day that they had sent it to me. It too is broken.
