~M:Waited ** minutes on hold to be told that nobody was there to support the product I was having trouble with, and I would have to call back in the morning. They do not allow email support and their chat only goes till midnight. Extremely dissatisfied and I will be looking for an alternative provider of that service. Snide and snotty customer service rep as well. Not sure where the "award-winning" service comes in but I sure didn't see it.
