The support was super helpful and was able to give me a solution to my issue. when i got cut off, they really called me in less than * min. very efficient support but not enough for me to hold my account with them. i'm transferring to bluehost where they have **** chat support ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Plus, their rates are cheaper
