Since then, I have been trying to obtain clarity and answers involving a total of five purchases which I found to be suspicious and possibly fraudulent. After carefully inspecting the items in question it became clear to me that GILT GROUPE may be an online "Outlet Store" selling inauthentic or defective merchandise rather than the highly exclusive, online "Luxury Brand Retailer" as they portray*state on their web site www.gilt.com.I personally contacted one of the companies who manufactured some of the items I purchased from GILT GROUPE, JACK SPADE, to find answers regarding three products I purchased through GILT GROUPE. The Global Sales Manager provided me with valid photographs from their inventory which unmistakably show the differences between the products provided by GILT GROUPE and what JACK SPADE actually produces*sells.
