~Peter:Gevalia has outsourced it's "Customer Service" to Asia. There was no way to get a native english speaker on the phone line. Asia refused any phone number other than what I called as well as any email address. I have been buying from this company for years but given my inability to reach anyone who would respond to me with anything other than heavily accented indifference--I have identified alternate coffee sources and will permanently withhold any future business from this heavily insulated from customers company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
