You disconnected my call, my internet, left me with no dialtone. I had to disconnect YOUR tower, turn off my PC go through all the motions. I have called Comcast at least FIVE times in the apprx. TWO weeks since I got this whole system. I was ASSURED that it would great. Help me understand how this can be. My children cannot use WiFi unless they are in my office.
