I was redirected to a THIRD PARTY ... in INDIA !!!*Hey, They're very polite while they explain that they cannot really help you !!!!*They require that you pay something !!!*Just another EXAMPLE of ANOTHER US SELLOUT COMPANY... *Poor to non exsistant service and always angling for your personal info or your hard earned cash !!!*this was a best buy purchase... need I say more ??*I will never buy another gateway product or purchase anything from best buy ever again...*They want you to pay then only support you for a fee...*I purchased this laptop for $*** and they GEEK SQUADDED ME !!!!*NO O*S !!!*If I had the O*S disk, I could fix the issue... *Big companies selling out the little guy once again...*I absolutely will not reccomend either of these two companies to any of my friends !!!*LOL !!!
