When I tried to tell the lady that his address had not changed and gave her the address. She said she could " not give out any info". I said I am giving you the info. Here is the address just look in your file and see he has not moved it is the same. She stated she could not unless my Uncle called. i said did you not hear what I said he cannot use a telephone. No alternative
