~disappointed customer:Extremely poor service. Faxed ** pages of documents * weeks ago and I called to follow up and was told the documents were never received and to fax them again. I did this and called to verify if the documents were received. I was told by a supervisor there is no way to confirm the receipt of the faxed documents and must wait another *-* weeks for processing assuming they were received. All I am requesting is a confirmation of the receipt of the fax. This should not be a difficult task but it is beyond the capability of Capital One Card Services.
