The adjuster brought the check, but would not give it to me, due to the fact my wife is co-owner of the car, and she needed to sign the title, but she would not be home for approximately ** minutes. The adjuster, told me this being Friday, she would not be back in the area till the following Tuesday. That being yesterday oct. **. Herself or no other representative showed,or called to explain. I left her a voicemail with no reply. The insurance co sent a tow truck on Monday Oct **,and took the car away. I called today spoke to another claim rep. who said she would contact me and give me a call. Still no call. They have my car I have nothing.Do I need to report my car stolen? I need a vehicle to get to my Physical therapy appointments. Can't buy another car till receive payment. Seems like They are giving me the runaround
