She wanted all personal info before she would tell me why they called. finally got that they were calling from the fraud division about my account. after ** minutes of HORRIBLE customer service, it was a SCAM...there was NOTHING wrong with my account, they just wanted to sell me antifraud insurance! This is an UNACCEPTABLE business practice!!
