I agree with the Internet complaints. if you want to sell a product and offer this type of service at least offer a coupon if your product has a high failure rate I.E. microwave see Internet complaints. Cost of service to fix warranty part verses new. Or have customer who won't but anything GE well does it matter to you or not.
