~frustrated:my payments are not getting applied to my account. called when spotted the first one, was given a ** digit trace number. next month still not applied. they want proof of payment, a copy of my bank stmt. check numbers won't help them. Are you kidding me? How are you going to find my payment if you don't have a check number. Can't talk to the people researching cuz they don't talk to customers. Unbelievable!!!!! this place won't be in business long, if they continue to do business like this. I'm already looking for alternatives.
