~GodHelpMe:Never in my life have I dealt with a company (ANY company) so inept as Frontier. My business phone service was switched to Frontier when Verizon bailed out. In almost ** months of service, I have received only one paper statement, despite the fact I requested only paper statements and have called every month to get this fixed.**I've tried setting up an account online to pay my bills, but it says my user name and password are "invalid". When I try to obtain my user name or password via email, it says my email address is invalid, despite the fact that Frontier has been corresponding via THIS email address. When I try to set up another account using my business account number, it says I can't because that acc. number is already registered. (But it won't give me any information as to how to access it on-line.)**Every month I call customer service for information to pay my bill (including how much I owe, since I'm not getting a paper statement and cannot access my account online.) and I get
