~Anonymous:Absolutely worst bunch of crooks I've ever had to deal with. Have a ***$ bill after switchover from at&t, horrible service, customer service seem trained to make sure they lose as little money as possible by either making sure no credit is given to the account or by charging you extra ridiculous fees before you leave as losing their customers truly seems to be their last concern - they just want as much money out of you as possible before you leave. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, behavior, attitude, and all. It seems frontier is a monopoly in some areas and therefore don't really need decent customer service to get their revenue coming. I feel for the people who live in these areas and hope something can be done to improve the situation. I also truly appreciate and thank the incredibly few employees that I've come across that truly sympathize for the customers.**In any case, NEVER will I EVER go back here no matter how great the rates become.
