Three different so-called service people hung up on me because they couldn't answer me. I never thought I would miss Verizon, but Frontier Communications is the most anti-communication company I've experienced. Do not trust whatever they tell you, if you can ever get to a human being. I have no choice of phone companies since I live out in the woods, far away from any city. Like many, they have given me a good reason for getting rid of my landline.
