~Rachael W：Worst Customer Service! I am waiting to find out where my items are that were lost in Tampa. I live in Denver (headquarters) after my ordeal I was told my items would be on this mornings flight. Of course, there is no getting to a real person, EVER! I *** (my item was found by Frontier employee at *PM & I flew to Denver at *:**PM. No page, no communication to other employees never the less me. In this experience I had only one person that helped me! One employee out of several by phone & in person at TIA. You are losing money because you have NO sense of what matters. THe Customer. Shame on you!!!
