I called my creditcard company and they can't refund til airline auth it. Wasted * *** battery time on phone. Still no refund. **Call another time so I could request my mom and I sit together on a plane ride, and after *** min, was told no, must wait you check in at airport (not even online). **Summary- don't bother calling.
