~sooz：I am still waiting on the call back from multiple calls to supervisors and from my contact via their website. My father passed away while I was on my travel (at the destination) and I needed to change my return date. Despite MULTIPLE phone calls, faxing the requested documentation and several disconnected calls, I ended up just buying another ticket for the return, since their website said there was only one seat left on the flight (somehow - many were open on the plane though). I will never fly them again and will urge anyone and everyone to stay far, far away. The cheap fares are not worth it.
